Overview

In this hands-on workshop, participants will be guided through small-group gameplay with the Empathy Tool, all while learning about each other’s communication styles, developing a shared language, and understanding the role of empathy in the workplace. This activity is a perfect solution for fragmented teams, hybrid teams, or any team that wants to achieve more together while embracing play, increasing psychological safety, and building stronger connections. Participants will examine how their communication and attitude changes in changing circumstances. They will debrief on perspective shifting in their own behaviours and the teams.
